Xfinity Retail Experience.
If at any point in life you had to drop off a cable box at your provider’s “retail location,” you understand just how poorly their physical spaces were being used. Xfinity came to Huge (in partnership with Gensler) with this pretty big problem: they had a ton of retail space but had no idea how to leverage it properly.
Even though their tech and features were on par with any provider out there, traditional cable companies were seen as dinosaurs—and the state of their retail stores certainly wasn’t helping. but . By overhauling everything from the store design and layout to in-store messaging, ambient videos, and tech tryout kiosks, we created something that looked and felt more like an Apple Store than a half-abandoned post office (even cooler: this initial King of Prussia, PA location became the prototype for Xfinity retail makeovers all around the country.)
